New shopping, dining and service options are on the way as Beachwalk continues its transformation into a premier lifestyle destination.
More growth is on the horizon for St. Johns County as Ashco Centers prepares to break ground on Beachwalk Shops, a new 30,000-square-foot luxury retail center located near the entrance to BJ’s Wholesale Club in the Beachwalk community.
Construction is expected to begin within the next 90 days, with the project targeting a grand opening in 2027. Designed as a Class A retail destination, Beachwalk Shops will bring a mix of upscale retail, restaurants, medical services and other neighborhood conveniences to one of the county’s fastest-growing areas.
Located along County Road 210, between Interstate 95 and Philips Highway, the development is positioned to serve the growing number of residents moving to St. Johns County. As new neighborhoods continue to expand throughout the area, demand for additional shopping, dining and service-oriented businesses has grown alongside them.
The center will feature a modern design with glass storefronts and outdoor patio space, creating a fresh new retail experience for both residents and visitors. Developers have also reported early interest from several national brands, highlighting the continued growth and investment taking place throughout St. Johns County.
Projects like Beachwalk Shops are another sign of the area’s continued evolution, bringing additional amenities, convenience, and value to one of Northeast Florida’s most sought-after communities.
