Excellent experience. After working with other agents and looking at homes for over a year, we were able to find a great home within about three weeks of working with the Welch Team. The experience was still top notch. Nathan and Adnana were excellent through out the entire process. The buyer was financing through a VA loan which requires a lot of conditions be met for final approval. Adnana worked relentlessly to ensure all repairs and maintenance were completed per VA standards so we could close the deal. The Welch Team is a great group of realtors to work with. The market now is hopping and they were always very responsive to our looking as well as the buying. Once we were contracted, they worked hard for us and we met our closing target date - while there were some challenging moments, they remained calm and worked to resolve the issues. They communicate very effectively, made sure we stayed on track with all we needed to do as Buyers and very accommodating when we needed to look at our property several times during the process.
