George Pottenkulam and Tyler Fox with the Welch Team are amazing. This was our first time buying a home and they were very patient with us. They were able to answer all our questions and give reliable advice at different steps through the process. They were also great with our 5 years. They never were annoyed when he would ask questions or make a statement. When we would go look at a property, our son would ask if we were seeing Mr. Tyler or Mr. George. It was so amazing. We would definitely ask for George and Tyler if we decide to move.

We cannot say enough about our experience with Jayna and George. They made a very stressful time in our lives (buying and selling) as relaxing as possible for an admittedly neurotic client. They were spot on with their assessments and gave us reasonable expectations which were exceeded. From the time we agreed to list with them Jayna and all her crew had our home prepped staged and cleaned within a month. The photographer they sent did an amazing job. We listed on a Monday and had a full day of showings on Tuesday which resulted in an above asking offer. Buying for me was another challenge due to our timing issues and my specifications.
 
I knew we had a small group of houses to pick from but George and Tyler were able to take us to every house we wanted to see and found us many more than I imagined that for our budget and other criteria. Then when we went under contract Travis and his closing coordinators were there for me with every little question I had from inspections to closing dates and times. I honestly cannot imagine having done this without them. Highly recommend the Welch team. They feel like your friends and you can tell they honestly want to see their clients happy. We love our new house and while we don’t have any plans on moving any time soon again as long as Jayna and George and their team are around I couldn’t picture using any other realtors.

Great team!! I've used (and am still using) the Welch Team to both buy and sell investment properties, and they have terrific systems in place to make everything run smoothly. I give them my highest recommendation for anybody looking to buy or sell houses in and around Jacksonville FL.

The Welch Team is a great group of realtors to work with. The market now is hopping and they were always very responsive to our looking as well as the buying. Once we were contracted, they worked hard for us and we met our closing target date - while there were some challenging moments, they remained calm and worked to resolve the issues. They communicate very effectively, made sure we stayed on track with all we needed to do as Buyers and very accommodating when we needed to look at our property several times during the process.
